Dental CRM-system with warehouse and sales

Customer Dental clinic, which is represented in several cities of Ukraine and has a large number of doctors and goods in stock. The customer was not satisfied with the options of CRM-systems, which were presented on the Ukrainian market as end products, so he asked us to develop a unique CRM-system for his needs.

Objectives

To implement one platform that would allow rapid exchange of information between all branches and between individual physicians in particular.
Introduce a warehouse of goods with personal adjustment for automatic write-off of goods and their order, depending on the use.

Functional

Patient database with a complete history of their visits and payments for a quick search.

Warehouse – a complex and multi-level module that combines existing, written off and moved goods, as well as forms the required amount of goods for the patient’s visit.

Result

Сreated system allowed to speed up the work of the staff several times and save time on staff communication. For the clinic’s management, the system made it possible to quickly obtain reports on all indicators, automate part of the work and, as a result, optimize costs.
