Orthodontic CRM-system

The customer is a dental clinic in the west of Ukraine.

Task

Development of CRM-system for individual requests of the customer's dental business. A separate task was the integration of artificial intelligence, which we implemented earlier.

Solution

The system has been implemented for use in a Web application that allows access to it from any device. Push notifications have been added to the system, notifying of any changes in the work of staff. We have also created an electronic queue that is used to conveniently notify patients in the waiting room.

Design

We have developed a modern and stylish design for the CRM system, which is also the most convenient to use. Because the functionality had to be handled by the customer, his staff and the clinic’s clients, we implemented the CRM system in the same style and on the same platform.

Result

The system was developed in less than 5 months. We integrated a mobile application, artificial intelligence and electronic queue. All processes can now be managed by the customer from one place. This saves on staff and pays back in less than a year.
