Specialized CRM-system for dental clinic

Tasks

Development according to the technical task of our client of his unique CRM-system for personnel management. The main task was to transfer this system to the clinic server for data security.

Solution

We have taken as a basis several modern programs for managing the dental business and personalized the design and functionality for the client. Our customer required many functional solutions, so our focus was on the implementation of functionality and frequent testing of the program to debug all business processes of the clinic.

Functionality

Uniqueness of this system is that users (doctors) can log in under one login, but all actions in the system can be controlled through different levels of access (through passwords). All login (who and what did in the system) is also linked through passwords. The system includes dental formula, creating outfits for dental technicians and reporting.

Result

Created CRM-system allows to work with it at the same time all staff of clinic: to make payments, to follow debtors and to receive reports in one click. The system is located locally at the customer, which allows him to use for free and have full control over the security of the system.
